The Tag

The metal tag issued at the initial purchase is your pet's permanent license tag.  You will not receive a new tag upon renewal.

If your pet's tag becomes chewed, worn or lost, you can request a replacement tag online, visit the Seattle Animal Shelter or mail a check for the fee to:

Your pet’s replacement tag will be sent in the mail within two weeks.
