Payment Options

Electronic
Schedule recurring, or advanced payments or make single payments by credit card, or checking account when you enroll in electronic billing. Your account number, mailing zip code, email address and a User ID and Password are required.

If you receive a paper bill, you can sign up for recurring payments (ACH) from your checking account, or make single online payments. Your account number and mailing zip are required for access.

  • • There are no transaction or service fees for payments

  • • Payments made after 5:30 PM on business days are usually posted to the utility account within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and City of Seattle holidays

  • • Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and encryption ensure your connection and information is secure.
