Fall Sports
Flag Football
Ages 6-17
Team practices begin in early September with games beginning at the end of September. The season runs through mid-November.
Girl's Volleyball
Ages 10-17
The matches begin the end of September and run through mid-November. Instructional practices will be directed by team coaches throughout the season.
Cross Country
Ages 7-17
Run twice a week and Saturdays at Woodland Park. Our team will participate in the PNW youth cross-country meets in October and November. To register, please call Susan Lee at 206.684.7093.
Ultimate Frisbee
Ages 8-13
s throughout the city are forming co-ed teams for the Fall Ultimate Frisbee League. Practices start in early September, and games will be on Fridays, 6-8 pm, September 25 through early November. Check here for more information about upcoming dates.
Winter Sports
Youth Basketball
Ages 10-17
Have the opportunity to learn and solidify the fundamentals of basketball while participating in weekly-organized practices and games. League games begin the first week of January and run through the month of March with the opportunity for post-season play at the end of the regular season. Games are Saturdays and Sundays.
Spring Sports

Ages 6-17
Instruction in the many different events is offered at team practices through each . Track meets are held weekly throughout the season with a City championship meet at the end of the season.

It starts in mid-April and ends in mid-June.
