It's a great neighborhood park for letting the kids run off extra energy while parents watch from a patch of sunny grass or from under a shady tree. Acreage: 0.5HISTORYFlo Ware Park was purchased in 1969. In 1982, the park was named after Flo Ware, an African American community activist in the Leschi community and Central District.
