Parks, Off Leash Areas & Community Centers


Seattle Parks and Recreation welcomes your dogs to explore and enjoy most parks (on a leash), and we offer 14 exciting Off-Leash exceptions with 4 in the Downtown area!

At these designated off-leash areas, dogs are free to run, roll over, meet new friends, work out, play with their owners and socialize with their canine friends.

Downtown Seattle has two beautiful community centers for you to explore which offer classes, programs, drop-in activities and special events for people of all ages. Or rent a space for your own event.
