Medgar Evers PoolABOUT THE POOL

We are one of eight indoor pools operated by Seattle Parks and Recreation. Located on 23rd Ave, next to Garfield Community Center, we offer a wide array of programs for all ages.

Pool Features

  • Pool size: 25 yard/6 lane
  • Teaching pool (15 yards)
  • 1m diving board
  • Rope swing
  • Exercise equipment
  • Sauna
  • 2 family changing rooms
  • Pool Temperature: 85 degrees

SUMMER SWIM LEAGUE

2008 Seattle Parks and Recreation Summer Swim League: Provides a positive team experience for novice swimmers, as well as teach the skills needed to become competitive swimmers in a fun, low-pressure situation. Download the Parent Packet Here! (PDF)
