These range from a former aircraft hangar (Building/Hangar 30 – 6310 N.E. 74th Street), that offers approximately 20,000 square feet without pillars, to a former "brig," or military prison (Building 406). Amenities include ample power supply, roll-up doors for drive-in loading, and adjacent parking for 50 to 300 cars. The Brig at Magnuson Park (Building 406), is wheelchair accessible.
Groups have used the park’s facilities for such events as public meetings, book sales, plant sales, customized car shows, art shows, plays, dance parties, catered events, art exhibitions and festivals, youth gatherings, and run/walk fundraisers.
