Judkins Park Festival of Lights brightens Jackson Place

The Judkins Park Festival of Lights is a free community celebration with a mile of illuminated paths, carols, music, hot chocolate and a lantern parade. The festival is Friday, Dec. 20 in the center of Judkins Park, 2150 S Norman St. at 22nd Ave. S, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Everyone is invited to join in the lantern parade! To participate in the festive procession to Judkins Park please meet at the corner of 23rd Ave. S and S Jackson St. at 6 p.m.

The evening is sponsored by Central Seattle Drug Free Communities Coalition, Seattle Parks and Recreation, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, King County Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Program, Jackson Place Community Council, Colman Neighborhood Association, Darigold, and Promenade Red Apple.
