Power Fully Restored in Ballard
SEATTLE — Seattle City Light crews have restored power to all customers in Ballard. The cause of the power outage was the result of a seagull flying into a power line. The power outage took place after 1:30 p.m. and affected 5,240 customers.
The outage boundaries were -- on the north, NW 70th St; on the south, the Ship Canal; on the east, 9th Ave NW and on the west Puget Sound. Not everyone within these boundaries were affected.
