Councilmember Harrell to host community meeting regarding the Community Police Commission and the Office for Civil Rights
Seattle - City Councilmember Bruce Harrell will host a special neighborhood meeting to listen and have a conversation with the community on two important director positions working for social justice and police accountability. The Mayor recently appointed Patricia C. Lally as the Director for the Seattle Office for Civil Rights and Fe Lopez as Director of Seattle's Community Police Commission.
The public is invited to join the conversation this Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m. at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center to ask questions and provide feedback. Public Comment sign-up will be available at 5 p.m.
