Request for Proposals (RFP)
2008-2009 Community Facilities Loan Program


The City of Seattle Human Services Department is now soliciting capital improvement project proposals from nonprofit human service organizations located within the city limits and providing services to Seattle’s low- and moderate-income residents.

Mandatory Pre-Application Meeting:
All agencies interested in applying for funding must schedule a mandatory pre-application meeting to be held no later than Friday, October 17, 2008.

RFP Application Due Date:
Complete proposals must be received by HSD no later than Noon on Tuesday, October 28, 2008.
