Our Public Resource Center (PRC) provides one location to access publications, information on permits under review, and historical records. You can also apply for the approvals listed below at the PRC without an appointment..
You can apply for the following approvals through the Seattle DCI Project Portal.
We also issue land use permits, accept corrected land use paper plans and platting actions for recording, and process priority green verification and certification letters.
We have free wireless internet for access to our materials and services, including permit tracking. You can also access that information from one of our self-serve computers.
The PRC is located on the 20th floor of the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Ave., in downtown Seattle.

We do not research properties or permits for our customers at the microfilm library.
You may order copies either in paper or electronically through our microfilm library. Please see our current Fee Subtitle for costs. We must receive payment before we make any copies.
Paper copies of our publications and codes are available for the cost of postage and printing (if applicable).
