The Multifamily Code Update is focused on providing an opportunity for citizens to generate ideas and input about updating the Multifamily Code.

Early April 2006	Public review of preliminary draft of Multifamily Zoning Concept Report
May 3, 2006	Public meeting to discuss the preliminary Multifamily Zoning Concept report
May through December 2006	Public meetings and comment period on concept recommendations
September 26, 2007	Public review draft of Multifamily code available
October 15, 2007	Public meeting to discuss draft Multifamily code
Late 2007/early 2008	Mayor submits new Multifamily zoning recommendations to Council for review and adoption

October 15th, 2007 OPEN HOUSE: DPD held a public open house in October 2007 to discuss proposed multifamily code changes.  View the presentation boards, zoning maps for Capitol Hill, Lake City, and Columbia City.
