Environmental Determination

On July 10, 2008, DPD republished the environmental determination pursuant to the Seattle Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the Multifamily Code Update. This new determination replaces the previous one from December 3, 2007.

The primary purpose of environmental review is to provide analysis of environmental impacts to the public and decision makers.
