  • Priority Green EXPEDITED Get faster building permit review times for projects that meet typical green building standards. Available for new Single-Family, Multi-Family and Non-Residential projects
  • Priority Green FACILITATED Priority review for innovative projects with potential code challenges. All projects that meet DPD criteria for Innovative Projects or participate in the Living Building Pilot are eligible
  • Priority Green TOOLS Additional code incentives to assist applicants developing green projects. Available resources - Innovation Advisory Committee, Incentive Zoning, and Residential Deconstruction
City Green Building has developed Incentive Fact Sheets that identify assistance available from City, State and Federal sources for sustainable development projects being constructed in Seattle.
