Seattle Energy Code
Nonresidential Envelope Compliance Using the Seattle EnvStd Program

 

In addition to the Prescriptive option and the Target UA/SHGCA/VTA option, Section 1330 allows the use of the Seattle EnvStd program to demonstrate envelope compliance for nonresidential buildings (but NOT for multifamily residential buildings) .

To download and install the Seattle EnvStd software, click here: SeattleEnvStd2009Setup.exe (7 MB)

 

Note that, if you have a previous version, it is recommended that you uninstall the old version first. You can go to the Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, select Seattle EnvStd to remove. Then double click the SeattleEnvStd2009Setup.exe file to install Seattle EnvStd 2009.
